Returns
At MealGarden, our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your order, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. Please note that this policy does not cover purchases made at any physical outlets or through third-party delivery services.
Refund Period
Any requests for refund must be made within 24 hours of the order being received. After this period has elapsed, we can no longer offer a refund or an exchange.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back without first contacting us.
