'MealGarden started with a vision: to introduce real Neapolitan pizza to London. The Bianchi family opened our doors in 1985, beginning as a quaint, family-owned shop with time-honored recipes passed down for generations.
The techniques for crafting pizza were mastered by our founder, Marco Bianchi, during her extensive travels across Italy. She sought expertise from renowned pizza chefs in Naples, the homeland of pizza. Upon her return to the UK, she set out to replicate the essence of traditional Italian pizza, favoring classic procedures and premium ingredients.
Our humble 12-seat pizza house has expanded into a cherished community staple, yet our dedication to exceptional quality and genuine practices has remained constant. Our traditional wood-fired ovens are still at work, we prepare our dough from scratch every day, and we seek out the best ingredients available.
Today, 'MealGarden' is still within the hands of the Bianchi family, transitioning into the passionate care of the second generation. While we have adopted certain contemporary advancements, our core philosophy endures: we forge delectable, true-to-origin pizza that unites diners.
